Public forum sessions August 17,18, 2020

RSU #20 will have four public forum sessions on the evenings of August 17 and August 18, 2020 to discuss the proposed Learning Continuity Plan.  Each session will last one hour.  There will be a 30 minute break between sessions to ensure the rooms are properly sanitized.

  • August 17, 2020 6:00-7:00 PM

  • August 17, 2020 7:30-8:30 PM

  • August 18, 2020 6:00-7:00 PM

  • August 18, 2020 7:30-8:30 PM

The sessions will be held in the Searsport District Middle/High School Cafetorium In-Person and Live Streamed on YouTube.  Capacity is limited per Governor Mills' Executive Order 55 FY 19/20 and Executive Order 6 FY 20/21.  

We have set up an overflow room.  Between the two rooms, we will have space for 65 total attendees for each forum session.  Allowing for School Board members, the Administrative Team and other select RSU #20 staff, we have only 50 seats available.  With limited seating, this is a first come, first served basis.

We ask:

  • You RSVP

  • You have a student enrolled in an RSU #20 school

  • Only one person from a household attend

  • You choose four options to attend from your first to fourth preference

Note:  Face masks and hand sanitizing will be required inside the building for these forum sessions.
