Transcripts and Student Records
Transcripts for both former and current students may be obtained from the Guidance Offices at the individual high schools.
- For former Belfast Area High School students, please call 338-1790, ext. 263, and ask for Ruth Richards, the registrar.
- For former Searsport District High School students, please call 548-2315 and ask for Cindy Clark, guidance secretary.
Student records (including immunization records) for former students are found in two different locations.
- If you are seeking records for a former Belfast Area High School student, please call the Guidance Office at 338-1790, extension 263, and ask for Ruth Richards, the registrar, for help. The records are stored at the High School.
- If you are seeking records for a former Searsport District High School student, please call the Guidance Office at 548-2315 and ask for Cindy Clark, guidance secretary. The records are stored at the former Superintendent's Office on Mortland Road.
Records for students currently enrolled are kept at the individual schools.
