Dear Viking Families,
Our third annual Senior Parade will take place on June 8th leaving the Sears Island causeway at 6pm. The towns of Searsport and Stockton Springs police, fire, and ambulance crews will marshal the event. Each student is allowed a single vehicle for the parade. Students should expect to line-up starting at 5:45pm to organize the parade line prior to departure.
The parade will leave Sears Island and head through downtown Stockton Springs. After the procession leaves Stockton Springs, it will head towards downtown Searsport. The parade will head up Mount Ephraim Road, across Old County Road, down Mortland Road ending in the SDMHS parking lot for photos.
As the date approaches we will make a determination for the need to use the alternate date of June 7th should we have inclement weather.
