A power outage over the weekend knocked the main Internet switch offline. The battery backup for that switch also failed.
Our main phone system is unable to power on and we are unable to make incoming or outgoing calls. All internal extensions are working.
A ticket with Consolidated Communications has been entered.
Each building is equipped with an emergency landline for outgoing calls, and building admins have RSU #20 cell phones and radios for communications until the matter is resolved.
